Of interest to “Eco U” longtimers: Katers will be joined on the panel by Norma McDonald from Organic Waste Systems, Inc., which is the U.S. rep for a technology (Dranco process) that has it roots at UW-Green Bay. Katers says he believes much of the original research on the Dranco process was done here more than three decades ago by Luc De Baere and Prof. Emeritus Lee Schwartz.
