Faculty note: Prof. Helpap publication

UW-Green Bay Associate Prof. David Helpap (Public and Environmental Affairs, Political Science) recently had a peer-reviewed journal article, “Public Management in Rural Local Governments: An Assessment of Institutional Differences and Implications” accepted for publication in State and Local Government Review, a SAGE Journals publication. The research examines the use of a professional administrator by rural communities and the degree to which the position is correlated with public expenditures.
