Prof. Coen’s article used for University of Helsinki entrance exam

UW-Green Bay Associate Professor Alise Coen (Political Science, Public & Environmental Affairs) learned that her recent article, “Can’t Be Held Responsible: Weak Norms and Refugee Protection Evasion,” was chosen as a university entrance exam reading by the Global Politics and Communication graduate program at the University of Helsinki in Finland. The article bridges theories of norm dynamics in International Relations with an analysis of U.S. refugee and asylum policies.
