Prof. Nazim Choudhury and students publish two book chapters

UW-Green Bay Computer Science Assistant Professor, Nazim Choudhury and his students recently published two chapters in a book titled “Cybersecurity for Smart Cities: Practices and Challenges“.

Chapter 12 explores the history, process, problems, competition, advantages, and future of cryptocurrency as it has a strong potential in futuristic cyber smart societies. Chapter 13 targets the understanding of the nature of ransomware to educate the end-users and organizations alike about the capabilities of ransomware that poses a threat to smart city infrastructures. Both of these chapters were extracted from reports submitted by the students in their capstone projects.
