Faculty note: Ortiz publication and Basque writer’s visit

Prof. Cristina Ortiz of Humanistic Studies and Spanish is the author of “Sobre la Paz y la Palabra: Entrevista con la escritora vasca Luisa Etxenike” (“Of Peace and Words: Interview with Basque Writer Luisa Etxenike”) published by the Journal of the North American Academy of the Spanish Language. Writer Luisa Etxenike will be the 2013 Scholar in Residence at UW-Green Bay, where she will teach two literature courses in the Spanish and English programs.
