We’re less than two weeks away from UW-Green Bay Day at Lambeau Field, a day of fun and community celebration taking place Saturday, Nov. 15. As we’ve told you here before, this free daylong event will feature live music, prizes, fun and competition with Phoenix athletes, an autograph session with a Packers great, plenty of activities for the kiddos, ample information about the University and much more. The event runs from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the Lambeau Field Atrium, with a special 2:30 p.m. spirit walk that will take participants, Phoenix basketball fans, cheerleaders and the UW-Green Bay dance team from Lambeau to the Resch Center ahead of the men’s basketball home opener (attendees will need to buy a ticket to get into the game). Faculty and staff are encouraged to attend and, if possible, volunteer to help the day run smoothly. To sign up to help, visit http://vols.pt/8mgib4. For more information, visit www.uwgb.edu/packers or check out our press release.
