Plan ahead for Thai, Holiday, India and Caribbean luncheons

It’s billed as a chance to escape from work and pretend that you’re on vacation in the Phoenix Rooms of the University Union. Executive chef Gary Vail has been busy planning this year’s cultural luncheons series for the campus. Mark your calendar to sample some interesting foreign foods:

  • Thailand Luncheon, Oct. 3
  • Holiday Luncheon, Dec. 11
  • India Luncheon, Feb. 6
  • Caribbean Luncheon, April 16
