The return of Empty Bowls

On Wednesday (April 9) the student Art Agency organization will host the annual Empty Bowls charity fundraiser in the University Union from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Art students spend all year creating ceramic bowls for the event and local businesses including Regatta 220, Hagemeister Park, Titletown Brewing Company, White Dog Black Cat Café, and Shorewood Golf Course have donated soup or chili that is given away with the bowls. For a $10 donation you can have a student-thrown bowl and a delicious meal. All proceeds this year will go to Freedom House community shelter.
