Mideast ‘Young Entrepreneurs’ arrive in Green Bay

Last spring, UWGB hosted a group of “young entrepreneurs” from Israel and Jordan, a training program funded by a grant of $275,000 from the U.S. Department of State. The Year II program participants are back, having arrived last Sunday (March 20) for their nearly one-month stay. The program includes a series of seminars, meetings with mentors from the Green Bay and Fox Valley areas, social/cultural activities, and business-related field trips to places like Madison and Chicago. In July, some of the program team and mentors will travel to Jordan and Israel to provide additional training.
