A Brazilian duo will kick off this semester’s 360° Thursdays lecture-concert series, taking the stage Thursday, Feb. 5 in Fort Howard Hall at the Weidner Center. Soprano Yuka De Almeida Prado and guitarist Gustavo Costa will perform works by artists including Gustavo Julião de Camargo, Heitor Villa-Lobos and Manuel De Falla. It will be Prado’s second time performing at UW-Green Bay — she presented a recital in Fort Howard Hall in 2012. Prado was introduced to UW-Green Bay by Prof. Sarah Meredith Livingston, who met her while teaching and performing at the University of Sao Paulo-Ribeirao Preto, Brazil on a Fulbright grant.
