Van Gruensven named interim vice chancellor

Sheryl L. Van Gruensven, director of human resources for UW-Green Bay, has been named the institution’s interim vice chancellor for business and finance. The announcement by Chancellor Thomas K. Harden was shared Friday morning (Dec. 16) with staff members in the business and finance area. The University is in the midst of a national search to find a permanent successor to outgoing administrator Tom Maki. Van Gruensven will assume the additional duties of her interim appointment effective Monday, Dec. 19. Van Gruensven has served as the University’s director of human resources and affirmative action since fall 2005.
