The 15th Annual Faculty Development Conference will be held January 20, 2011, in the University Union at UW-Green Bay.  The theme this year is “Collaborative Learning.”  The keynote speaker is the nationally known scholar, educator and consultant, Elizabeth Barkley. With over 25 years of experience and a reputation as an innovative and reflective teacher, her areas of interest include engaging students through active and collaborative learning, transforming F2F and online curriculum to meet the needs of diverse learners (especially those from new and emerging generations), and connecting learning goals with outcomes and assessment.  Barkley earned her Ph.D. from the University of California, Berkeley. “You won’t want to miss this conference.  There is no charge, but you must pre-register to participate.” Register today.
