Adapt to winter hike with Prof. Mike Draney, Dec. 2

Snow or no snow, bundle up and join Prof. Mike Draney (Biology) on Saturday, Dec. 2 at 1 p.m. for a hike through the Christa McAuliffe Park (3100 Sitka Street). Walk and talk about why winter is such a difficult time for plants and animals. Be prepared to encounter a few hills and unpaved trails as you look for the sometimes subtle signs of life during the cold half of the year. All are welcome to attend.
