Next Friday is first pick-up day for ‘Laffle’ donations, prizes

Did you remember to purchase your pair-and-a-spare items yet to donate to the Laffle community drive? Didn’t think so. Here’s your first reminder: Next Friday, Oct. 8, will be the first office-by-office pickup for that effort. Whether you have a donation for the children, or a prize for the drawing, call ext. 2126 before 10:30 a.m. on Friday and Registrar’s Office employees will stop by your office to pick up your donations and give you your tickets for the prizes. We do have the date for you, now, on the big Laffle drawing, which should be good for more than a few laughs and fun prizes, and emceed by the inestimable Shane Kohl. Mark your calendars for Monday (Nov. 1), high noon, in the Student Services break room. Be there or the crowd will pick your prize for you. And you might not like it.
