1440 WNFL is new flagship for Phoenix Athletics


Per an agreement between Midwest Communications and Nelligan Sports Marketing, Inc., 1440 WNFL has become the new flagship station of Green Bay Phoenix Athletics, Interim Director of Athletics Dan McIver has announced. Beginning with the 2013-14 seasons, all men’s and women’s basketball games will be broadcast on WNFL. The station also will provide additional coverage of Phoenix Athletics as part of the agreement, with head coaches Brian Wardle and Kevin Borseth appearing as weekly guests on the Maino & Nick Show.
