UW-Green Bay a top tier U.S. News and World Report university
This was a headline item in yesterday’s Log Extra. For the benefit of those who might not see that publication, we repeat the info here: The Press-Gazette this week ran a brief story on the annual U.S. News and World Report rankings of colleges and universities. UW-Green Bay is ranked in the top tier of the“Best Regional Universities — Midwest” category, where nine other UW System schools also are listed. For the past several years, UW-Green Bay was listed in the “Best National Liberal Arts Colleges” category, which ranks schools that emphasize undergraduate education. Colleges in the “Best Regional Universities” category offer a full range of undergraduate programs and provide a certain level of graduate education at the master’s level. Read more.
