HR holds workshop Wednesday on performance reviews, titles, contracts
UW-Green Bay’s Office of Human Resources is reminding employees and supervisors of the session “Performance Evaluations, Career Progression and Title Change and Academic Staff Contracts” taking place Wednesday (July 23) from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m. in the 1965 Room of the University Union. Participation is free, of course, but pre-registration is requested at https://jfe.qualtrics.com/form/SV_26jOcwTUeEvXgqh.
HR is also reminding people of the importance of annual performance reviews and the opportunity to discuss job performance, set goals for professional development, establish objectives for contributing to the department’s mission, discuss expectations and accomplishments, and career progression eligibility. Non-Instructional Academic Staff and Limited employees and supervisors should begin the performance evaluation process for the prior fiscal year (July 1, 2013 – June 30, 2014) as soon as possible.
