Big walleye tournament off our shoreline
If you see high-powered fishing boats racing across the bay of Green Bay Thursday through Saturday (July 2-4), or trolling slowly past campus, here’s why: The AIM Pro Walleye Series is using the public boat launch at the mouth of the Fox River as home base for its three-day, catch-and-release fishing tournament. Green Bay continues to acquire a national rep for its trophy walleyes.
