Several current and former UW-Green Bay Theatre and Dance faculty members and students will be part of a play reading of Caryl Churchill’s Cloud 9 at 7:30 p.m. today (Monday) and 10 a.m. Saturday (June 14) in Birder Hall at St. Norbert College, 400 Grant St., De Pere. Prof. Laura Riddle is directing the show, with musical direction by Assistant Prof. Courtney Sherman. The reading features Associate Prof. John Mariano; current Theatre majors Andy Delaurelle and Cherran Dea Rasmovicz; alumni Justin Gulmire, Derek Knabenbauer and Natalie Vanden Heuvel; and community member and Theatre First Nighter Carol Cassell. The readings are part of Z-Fest: A Play Reading Series, with the latter performance of Cloud 9 taking place as part of a 5-play marathon Saturday.
