A faculty panel will tackle the question “Does the Constitution Matter?” from 3:30 to 5 p.m. this Thursday (Sept. 17) in Phoenix Room C on the second level of the University Union. Addressing the provocative question in interdisciplinary fashion will be Tim Dale, Harvey Kaye and Kim Nielsen of Social Change and Development; Derek Jeffreys and Vince Lowery of Humanistic Studies; and Joe Devaney of Public and Environmental Affairs. Following brief remarks from each faculty member, a discussion will allow questions and comments from the audience. Cookies and punch will be provided.
