Construction on campus taking place this summer

To the UW-Green Bay Campus Community,

There will be a few more exterior construction projects this summer that will affect your daily travels. See the attached files for more detail.

  1. Instructional Services roof plaza:  Beginning May 28, the entire roof plaza will be closed to all traffic and pedestrians while the roof deck is replaced. Traffic will be entering the site from the fire lane that is east of the building. The project will be completed by August 19.
  2. North Circle Drive repairs:  The section of road from the Main Entrance Boulevard to the intersection of Theatre Hall will be repaired. The work will occur in July or August. We will try to keep one lane open at a time, but during some of the demolition, the road will be closed to traffic. Another email will be sent out when dates and details are confirmed.
  3. Concourse roof repairs:  The section of concourse between Rose Hall and the Cofrin Library will be excavated in order to repair the roof membrane system. The work will occur in July or August. During excavation, the concourse will be closed to all pedestrian traffic and signage will be placed at both points of entry. Once the excavation is complete, the area will be open for circulation. Another email will be sent out when dates and details are confirmed.

Thank you for your cooperation.
