Meet new police supervisor AJ Walker

The campus community welcomed police officer supervisor AJ Walker on Monday, May 2, 2022. Chief Tony Decker and Walker will meet with faculty and staff in the weeks ahead as schedules allow. Walker is a former military police officer exiting his Army service as a sergeant. He was with UW-Oshkosh Police for a short period of time and most recently the City of Green Bay Police, spending the last several years as a school resource officer. He has a Master’s Degree in Applied Professional Studies through UW-Parkside and has obtained credits through UW-Green Bay and Lawrence University along the way. He has significant police and leadership training and is a certified police instructor in several disciplines. His ties to Brown County area law enforcement as well as Green Bay Area Public Schools make him a very appealing, well qualified, and unique fit for his future role at UW-Green Bay in University policing.
