Mercury (formerly RMS) upgrade coming this summer

Upgrades to to the Residence Life housing management software are coming soon. The upgrade to the production system is planned for this summer, but the groundwork is already under way. The new Mercury system interacts with many applications on campus including Blackboard, CRM and others. More information, including exact dates and times, will be posted in future Log issues.
