Get ready for Phlash Cash!

Effective this summer, Dining Points and Pass Points will be combined into one campus currency account called Phlash Cash. Phlash Cash lives on a person’s University ID as a declining balance account and users can add additional funds at anytime through the eAccounts portal. All UW-Green Bay students, faculty and staff have the option to utilize their Phlash Cash account. All students with meal plans receive a predetermined amount of Phlash Cash with their plan.

The account is akin to UWO’s Titan Dollars, UWM’s Panther Ca$h, and UW Madison’s Wiscard Account.

Phlash Cash will act the same as Pass Points and can be used to pay for goods and services on the GB campus (bookstore, dining locations, print stations, event tickets, etc). All on-campus food/soft beverages purchases made with Phlash Cash are tax exempt for students. Phlash Cash can also be used at certain off-campus merchants, such as BP Gas Station, CVS, Grubhub, and Kwik Trip.
