Prof. Russ and the Office of International Education host Nord University students
Professor Meir Russ (Cofrin School of Business) and personnel from the Office of International Education hosted a group of 22 students from the Master of Knowledge Management program from Nord University (April 23-27, 2018). The group was accompanied by program coordinator, Prof. Robert Bye, a long time academic collaborator of Prof. Russ; Prof. Knut Ingar Westeren who was instrumental in founding the program in Norway and in establishing the collaboration with UW-GReen Bay’s Master of Management program; and by a university officer, Mariann Monsen. The group participated in classes and also visited local leading companies (e.g., Bellin Health, Schneider Logistics, Prevea Health, Humana, PCMP and the Green Bay Packers) to learn how the companies are managing knowledge for business success. Nord University administration and faculty are interested in enhancing the collaborative relationships with UWGB and expanding them into additional academic opportunities for students and a faculty exchange program in the very near future.
