Next campus clothing and household swap is May 7
The next UW-Green Bay all-campus Clothing and Household Swap is planned for 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Thursday (May 7). This event will be outside on the Student Services rooftop plaza adjacent to the University Union. Donations of gently used clothing of all sizes (including childrens’ clothing), general household, sports and small to medium furniture are welcome. Especially seeking shorts and t-shirts, kitchenware, sheets and professional clothing, but everything is welcome including winter items. Both students and employees are welcome to come pick up free items. You do not need to donate in order to participate. Donations may be dropped off in advance in the Pride Center in UU 153, or preferably on the day of the event. Volunteers will be in the University Union entrance at the circle from 8-10 a.m. for an easy drop off of your donations on the day of the event. Think green, and come to this great social event! Over 350 people served at the last swap, and organizers are hoping for more on May 7. See you there! For more information, contact Stacie Christian.
