In the mood for Shakespeare?  Check out these A’viands offerings

April is a Shakespeare celebration! As delicious as we may find the language of Shakespeare, A’viands’ Pam Koehler-Zastrow has teamed up with Chef Fazli and their staff to develop an equally delicious month-long theme to get us in the mood for the UW-Green Bay Theatre and Dance production of Love’s Labor’s Lost opening April 26. All month, you can enjoy a London Fog, an Earl Grey latte with steamed milk and a little vanilla. You might want to enjoy that with a spice cake from Shakespeare’s time. Strewn throughout the works of Shakespeare are floral references so look for the Flowers of Shakespeare to brighten up those delicious A’Viands’ cupcakes. That’s 360̊ of Eating!

More Shakespeare: a 397th Birthday Party!
After poring over a cookbook of recipes from Shakespeare’s era, the A’viands’ staff is throwing a Shakespeare’s birthday party on April 23 in conjunction with the opening of Theatre & Dance’s Love’s Labor’s Lost on April 26. Special menus will be made available at Marketplace Entree in the Leona Cloud Dining Room. The luncheon feature is Oleportrige, a stew from Renaissance Spain, and for dinner, Roasted Pork with Herbs and Grapes. Lunch and dinner entrees will be accompanied by Six Onions Simmered with Raisins and Orange Scented Rice. Top it off with a London Fog Latte and a Flowered Cupcake. The Bard’s Board is 360̊ of  Wonderful!
