You can participate in live fitness classes
Kristy Aoki, assistant director of International Studies, and Alex Wandersee, UREC fitness coordinator, are offering live fitness classes online! All classes will require no equipment.
To attend Bodyweight Strength (Mondays at 11:30 a.m.) and Yoga (Tuesdays and Thursdays at 12:30 p.m.) with Wandersee, simply follow UREC on Instagram or Facebook (information below) so you can watch live.
