Matt Bollant, stepping down as the head coach of the Green Bay women’s basketball program, has accepted the top job at the University of Illinois. In five seasons, his Green Bay teams accumulated a record of 148-19 overall and 85-5 in Horizon League play while advancing to four NCAA Tournaments. This past season, the Phoenix posted a record of 31-2, won the Horizon League regular season and conference championships and won an NCAA Tournament game for the third consecutive season.
