Our team has successfully delivered over 300 conferences, workshops and seminars, and we can tap the expertise of faculty as speakers, keynote presenters and workshop facilitators.”
UW-Green Bay is committed to providing individualized services that will help businesses and organizations select the most appropriate format, venue and promotion strategy for their event to ensure its success. Organizers are invited to customize services based on the particular needs of their event and can choose from the following:
Venue Management – UW-Green Bay will provide a tour and evaluation of available meeting sites on and off campus. Venue management encompasses setting up technology and A/V, arranging catering and hospitality, and configuring meeting spaces.
Event Planning – UW-Green Bay will manage the many details that will make your event a success, including developing an activity timeline, creating an estimate and generating an agenda.
Speaker Booking – UW-Green Bay can help businesses and organizations identify the ideal faculty member or speaker for their event, including coordinating booking details, acquiring speaker photo, bio and other assets, setting up technology and A/V.
Registration – UW-Green Bay can handle the entire registration process, including creating an online registration link, communicating with registrants and providing a post-event export of all registrants.
Promotion – UW-Green Bay can help with marketing support for events that might comprise creating a webpage on uwgb.edu, designing social media assets or developing a PDF or print-ready flyer.
Credentialing – If relevant to the conference, UW-Green Bay can help with continuing education credit or certificates to encompass designing a digital badge, developing learning outcomes and providing certificates to all successful registrants.
