Latest cost estimates have roof-replacement project on hold

Following two open-forum sessions to discuss ideas and concepts for enhancing the Student Services roof replacement project, a review by the project architect has determined that the budget was insufficient.  Several unexpected costs, including the need for asbestos abatement, have put the project on hold until Summer 2012.  Facilities Management will be working with DOA to secure additional funding and continue the design process.  Future public forums will be announced later this year.  Questions or concerns regarding the project should be forwarded to Paul Pinkston, director of Facilities Management & Planning, at pinkstop@uwgb.edu.
