Friday (Jan. 29) is the date circled to mark the official conclusion of UW-Green Bay’s drive supporting the United Way. Campus leadership is inviting employees and others to consider gifts to the United Way, which provides funds to many local charities and organizations that help support those in need of assistance. Beneficiaries include the American Red Cross Lakeland Chapter, Bay Lakes Council-Boy Scouts of America, Encompass Early Education and Care Inc., Family & Childcare Resources of N.E.W., Girl Scouts, Literacy Green Bay Inc., and the Salvation Army of Brown County to name just a few. You can earmark a gift or donate to the general account. Giving is easy. More details.
