Scam alert: Uptick in abduction scam calls
Passing along scam news from Brown County public safety… there is an “uptick in scam calls where victims receive a call claiming that a loved one has been abducted or kidnapped with crying in the background to make the victims believe what they are hearing is real.” Please alert friends and family.
