UW-Green Bay student Jennifer Ulrich inspires with her story of persistence

Jennifer Ulrich, a senior at the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay diagnosed with spina bifida and cerebral palsy, hopes to inspire others with her story of persistence and perseverance. As part of a class project, Ulrich set a goal: to get a new wheelchair that would allow her to stand. Despite numerous obstacles, including her insurance company, Ulrich received the $40,000 wheelchair.
