In the news: Popular with students, Burnham will play Weidner in February

The Green Bay Press-Gazette’s Kendra Meinert encourages readers to check out comedian/musician Bo Burnham’s February UW-Green Bay show in a column that ran Thursday (Dec. 11) in the paper’s “Weekend” section. “A favorite with the college crowd,” Burnham “is known for irreverent, politically incorrect comedy on nearly any kind of platform imaginable — Comedy Central, MTV, YouTube, Vine videos, Twitter, books of poetry. His campus appearance comes with a ‘for mature audiences only’ advisory,” Meinert writes. Tickets for Burnham’s Weidner Center show went on sale Thursday (Dec. 11) for UW-Green Bay students; the general public will get its chance starting Tuesday (Dec. 16). Good Times Programming is sponsoring the show. For more.
