Junior Achievement is looking for UW-Green Bay volunteers for Red Smith

Junior Achievement is looking for volunteers to teach a pre-designed program for this spring with UWGB neighbor, Red Smith school. There are four openings at Red Smith — all digital programs (they are shown on a smart board through a series of slides). The curriculum directs the volunteers every step of the way. Time commitment is six classroom visits — 50 minutes each time, normally spread out for six weeks, meeting once a week. Various class times are available, 7:45 to 8:38 a.m. 11:28 a.m. to 12:22 p.m. 1 to 1:53 p.m. or 10:33 to 11:25 a.m. If this is something you would like to try but not alone, grab a co-worker and co-teach. You can either teach each lesson together, or you each take three lessons. Please consider helping Red Smith students be able to receive Junior Achievement programs. Questions can be directed to Laura Belter, LBelter@jawis.org.
