Laffle 2 wraps up with drawing, plenty of packages

UW-Green Bay faculty and staff members contributed 220 packages to this fall’s “Spare and a Pair” campaign collecting clothing and personal items for disadvantaged children in the Green Bay school district. (Some of the packages had a dozen or more items in them, so the help will go a long way.) The Registrar’s Office extends a big “thank-you” to all who participated in this second edition of the campuswide “Laffle” — a fun raffle, or prize drawing, to encourage donations to a good cause. And Monday’s drawing, featuring Chancellor Tom Harden as emcee, was well-received.
