ENDGAME by Samuel Beckett to be performed at UW-Green Bay, Sheboygan Campus, Nov. 14-17, 2018
GREEN BAY — ENDGAME, a one-act play written by Samuel Becket, will be performed on Nov. 14-17, 2018 at 7:30 p.m. at the Fine Arts Theatre, 1 University Drive, Sheboygan, on the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay, Sheboygan Campus. Tickets are now on sale.
Directed by Assistant Prof. Thomas Campbell, Samuel Beckett’s 1957 one-act play is a bizarre and wonderful exploration of life, death, past, present, future, nothing and everything. This play, following the success of “Waiting for Godot,” helped to solidify Beckett as one of history’s most successful playwrights. Beckett’s absurdism and existentialist angst is on full display as Hamm recounts (probably) his relationship with Clov.
Tickets are free for all current UW-Green Bay, Sheboygan Campus students with a valid ID. Students can reserve their ticket by emailing Assistant Prof. Thomas Campbell (Communications, Theatre Arts) at thomas.campbell@uwc.edu or by picking up their ticket the night of the show at the box office in the Fine Arts Lobby. Tickets are $10 for the general public and $5 for seniors (ages 65+) and non-UW-Green Bay, Sheboygan Campus students. A small service fee is charged for all online sales. Tickets can be purchased online.
