Moyers site posts Kaye essay on FDR, ‘Second Bill of Rights’
Prof. Harvey J. Kaye of Democracy and Justice Studies is the author of a lengthy essay at the Bill Moyers website. It’s titled “Remembering Franklin Delano Roosevelt and the Second Bill of Rights.” Kaye’s book on the Four Freedoms is due out in April by Simon and Schuster. See Kaye’s Moyers essay.
