Kraft column — EPA coal rules create jobs, not kill them — goes national

One of the nation’s largest newspapers, Long Island’s Newsday, is among the outlets carrying the latest syndicated column by UW-Green Bay Prof. Emeritus Michael Kraft. In it, the Public and Environmental Affairs faculty member argues that EPA regulations affecting coal-fired power plants, widely criticized by many business and industry leaders, might actually be a net benefit to the nation’s economy.
