Faculty note: Sampath Ranganathan

Sampath Ranganathan, assistant professor of marketing with the Austin E. Cofrin School of Business, will participate March 23 in the Marketing Management Association’s spring conference in Chicago. The conference theme is The Impact of Technology on Marketing’s Value Proposition. He is presenting a paper titled “The Impact of Strategic Supplier Partnership and Information Quality on Supply Chain Flexibility and Organizational Performance” at the supply chain track of this conference. This paper examined how advances in supply chain management can be extended to business firms in developing economies. Additionally, Ranganathan’s study “Understanding Critical Supply Chain Dimensions: The Indian Story” has been accepted for publication by International Journal of Integrated Supply Management. This study examined how small-scale enterprises in India can make their supply chain operations more efficient.
