UW System issues news release on Regents Diversity Awards


UW System News has posted its news release officially announcing the three recipients of 2012 Regents Diversity Awards, to be presented next Friday in Madison. The awards honor winners in three distinct categories:

• Individual category — Irma Burgos, director of the Center for Academic Support and Diversity, UW-Oshkosh

• Team category — UW-Eau Claire Honors Program
• Institution/unit category — UW-Green Bay’s First Nations Studies Program
