Kent State honors memory of their professor and ours, Lou Erdmann
Louis O. Erdmann, a charismatic former theater professor at the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay, has his name attached to a new black box theater at Kent State University. The Press-Gazette’s Warren Gerds writes that the theater was dedicated Friday in the name of Erdmann and fellow emeritus professor, William H. Zucchero. Erdmann taught at Kent State for nearly 30 years before moving back to Wisconsin and serving on the faculty here for 10 years before he died of cancer in 1996 at the age of 61. To read more.
