Editorial: Phuture Phoenix a ‘shining example’

In an editorial about the proposal to end the Wisconsin Covenant program, the Green Bay Press-Gazette applauds UW-Green Bay’s Phuture Phoenix program. The article states the Phuture Phoenix program “has similar goals of raising college aspirations for young people, and (Gov.) Doyle modeled the covenant plan in part on that initiative.
