Tall Ships spied in the mouth of the Fox

Thursday afternoon, Aug. 12, from the upper floors of the David A. Cofrin Library, visible through a haze of humidity one could see a handful of vintage sailing vessels making their way through the mouth of the Fox River. The Tall Ships were headed toward the Port of Green Bay, one of the destinations along a tour through the Great Lakes.
