Final workshop for cultivating a culture of language inclusivity to be offered April 26
What language practices do your students bring to our UW-Green Bay community? How do you value and sustain those language practices in your classrooms and other interactions with students?
Join Dr. Cory Mathieu, 2022-23 EDI Consultant, and Edith Mendez, undergraduate student in Education, in a workshop series to prompt UW-Green Bay faculty and staff to engage in these questions to begin to cultivate a culture of language inclusivity across our campus. The final in-person workshop for this series is on Wednesday, Apr. 26, from 11 am – 12 pm and will be in Mary Ann Cofrin Hall (MAC) room 204.
This workshop is tailored for staff who were not able to attend one of the four college specific workshops or the fully virtual workshop held earlier this term. Anyone interested in attending can register here for this fully in-person event to receive an Outlook reminder.
