New service for students: Academic Success Coaching
UW-Green Bay is excited to announce a new service available for students through The Learning Center called Academic Success Coaching. This service is for anyone who wants to improve their time management, productivity, organization or get some tips for studying smarter rather than harder. The goal is to help you maximize your academic success so that you can reach your goals for the university and beyond. Coaches offer a variety of services for helping students with their academics.
Develop Time Management/Organizational Skills: Helping you organize your time to manage your course load. Enhance Study and Test-Taking Skills: Supporting you in modifying study habits and test-taking strategies.
ESL Support: Supporting you in managing the extra cognitive load of learning in a second language in the classroom through helping you develop note-taking skills for lectures and articles, reading strategies to help you maximize your comprehension.
Manage Technology in Academic Studies: Supporting you in your Canvas courses and provide additional online resources. Navigating the Transition to College-Level Learning: Helping you create goals and implement best practices to be successful in college.
