Student video tells Phoenix tale on national TV

Viewers of the nationally cablecast Green Bay/Butler men’s game Friday night (Jan. 29) will hear about one of UW-Green Bay’s most distinctive features: its Phoenix mascot. The game, carried live from the Resch Center on ESPNU, will include a segment in which the network makes time available for student-generated content from the host school.

At UW-Green Bay, the student staff of the closed-circuit campus television station, Phlash TV (Channel 20), elected to submit a short feature on the Phoenix mascot and its history.
