UW-Green Bay SBDC offers leadership program for managers

The University of Wisconsin-Green Bay Small Business Development Center is again offering its Supervisory Leadership Certificate Series.

The first required course in the program, “Supervisory Leadership I,” is offered Wednesday and Thursday, Feb. 10-11. The remaining required courses and electives are offered monthly through the semester.

The series is designed to help supervisors increase production and provide greater employee satisfaction due to fewer employee problems and less turnover. Participants have up to three years to complete the series, consisting of two required courses and four electives.

Participants can register for courses without completing certificate requirements. All courses are $425 per person. Discounts for groups or multiple registrations are available.
