Nearly 200 Green Bay East High School students experience the arts at UW-Green Bay

Nearly 200 students from the Fine Arts Institute at Green Bay East High School joined UW-Green Bay for an Arts Open House — a day of interactive breakout sessions and a special performance of the play Julius Caesar, April 29, 2019.
